"Full Service" means that absolutearts.com/wwar.com will handle the uploading of the following material sent to us in the following formats:
Images: Digital images can be emailed, or mailed on CD Rom. Physical images can be mailed as photos, slides, or 35 mm negatives.
5 images of your physical gallery space.
10 artwork images for 20 individual artists.
5 exhibition images per exhibition (12 exhibitions per year)
Digital image requirements: Images must be .jpg or .gif files between 400-600 pixles wide and 300K or smaller per image.
Text: Text MUST be submitted in electronic format. Text can be emailed, or mailed on CD Rom.
Your gallery statement.
Artist information for up to 20 represented artists (including: bio, exhibition history, collections, bibliography.)
12 exhibitions listed per year (including 5 images each).
3 gallery reviews per year.
12 press releases per year.
Updates:Please allow 5-7 business days for updates to be made.
Featured exhibitions will automatically be updated once a month or on receipt (12 per year).
Featured artwork will be rotated once a month or by request.
Additions: additions can always be made (by gallery) for no additional fees. The following additions can be made by absolutearts.com/wwar.com for additional fees:
Additional artists: $20 (digital format)/$50 (non-digital format)
Additional images: $2 (digital format)/$5 (non-digital format)
