Gallery Statement:
ARTROM Gallery was founded by a team of American artists living and working in Rome, Italy. As Director of the Gallery and having worked for over twenty years in the fine arts field, artist/sculptor David Genovesi recognizes the advantage internet can provide artists today.
"We understand the frustrations of all the talented artists whose work does not get seen or appreciated and have developed ARTROM Gallery as a low cost alternative with a high level of international visibility."
He and the staff work in continuous collaboration with Art Professionals from around the world who serve as jurors, consultants, and critics to maintain an impartial and culturally diverse perspective in curating exhibitions and selecting the Winners.
ARTROM Gallery offers an opportunity for artists and art students to participate in international competitions and on-line exhibitions. The Gallery runs a continuous calendar of diverse competitions. You will be sure to find one that applies to your individual work or techniques.
Each competition concludes with a month long exhibition featuring FIRST, SECOND and THIRD PLACE AWARD Winners and a group of selected Finalists. Special invitations to the Exhibition will be sent to our numerous, ever-growing opt-in mailing list to museums, art galleries and collectors, art institutions, curators, and individuals with an interest in the arts.
The Winners will also be showcased in our monthly newsletter. The invitation and the newsletter will have direct links to view the Exhibition. The exhibition is then available for viewing within the ARTROM Gallery Archives for one year.
