Biography: Peter Vogel was born in Freiburg 1937. He has painted since 1955. From 1957 till 1967 Vogel studied Physics.
He tried to display movement and time in Painting. Additionally, he was engaged with the development of medical electronics. Furthermore, he was involved with dance and choreography. 1965-1975 Peter Vogel started to make compositions of electronic music,after. His first interactive electronic object was created in 1969.
His works interact with the viewers. Either these sculptures react to different sounds, music etc. or they themselves makes sounds as a result of varied effects of light.
