Biography: MOHAMMED SULEMAN – an artist who hails from Bihar and lives in Lucknow. Suleman did his double B.F.A from Chandigarh's Pracheen Kala Kendra and Banarus Hindu University, respectively and M.F.A from Lucknow University just last year works with the help of Ball pen on paper.
The images in Suleman’s drawings are stunning. His men never smile. They are sad and a wait lingers in their eyes. They talk sex, they talk work and they talk loneliness. They are brawny. They share camaraderie and are best buddies. Cut clothes, hangers, needle and broken scissors are other repeat images in his works.
