Biography: Ionel Moraru was born on April 22, 1950 on Dingeni, Moldova. On 1986 the artist got Master's Degree in Fine Arts from Academy of Fine Arts, Moscova.
From 1977 Ionel Moraru participate on national and international exhibition.
He is member of Artist Union Fine Arts of Moldavia, and member of Association of International Artists UNESCO.
