Biography: Mwano has studied design and works as graphic designer and fashion illustrator by a large business in the city of Cape Town and travels many times over the world. She was born in the city of Cape Town, South Africa and graduated in the middle of the nineties at the National School of Art in Braam Fountain, Johannesburg. She started to work after that as a graphic designer in the city of Cape Town. Beside her work in this company she always worked free as an artist. Her exuberant color use and graphic precision, declare her interest for Toyism. With the unmistakable African influences in her work Mwano will and can strengthen Toyism certainly as international art.
