Biography: He studied art at city’s College of Art, Bhopal. He is a recipient of the AIFACS Award, Junior Research Fellowship, Government of India, S.H. Raza foundation award, Artist-in-residence, France and Artist-in-residence, Hermony Foundation, Mumbai. He has had solo exhibitions in Bhopal, Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Paris. Puskhale’s Two Man Shows are with S.H. Raza, The Guild Gallery, Mumbai, with S. Harshwardhana, Bodhi Art, Singapore, with Abie Kimmare Loy, Gadfly Gallery, Perth, Australia and with Akhilesh, Gallery Plate and Muller, Munich, Germany. His group shows include ones at Gallery Lakeeren, Mumbai, Lalit Kala Akademi, New Delhi, National Gallery of Modern Art, New Delhi, Gallery Espace, New Delhi and Tao Gallery, Mumbai.
Pushkale is involved in writing on different aspects of art in many journlas and magazines. He is a member of Garhi Studios Selection Committee, Lalit Kala Akademi, New Delhi and secretary of EKTATRA, foundation of arts and culture, established by S.H. Raza.
