Biography: Anatoly, born in Russia in 1962, has created a new and unique mixed media art technique which he refers to as "New Realism." While Anatoly does not reveal the details of his innovative and original technique, through his landscape and portrait paintings, he effectively incorporates the feel of the past and the present with an art style that appeals to both modern and traditional art connoisseurs. These deeply textured paintings make a great center piece for any room. Anatloy's works of art are displayed in Museums around the world including museums in Russia, France, Israel and the United States.
Anatoly began his career as an artist in 1985. Anatoly studied art in Russia at the Magnitogorsk Pedagogical Institute's Art Department, graduating in 1988. After participating in multiple exhibitions in the former USSR, Anatoly emigrated to Israel in 1991 and has since been recognized as one of Israel's most prominent artists. In 1992, he became a member of the Israeli branch of the International Artists Association and has since received multiple awards and accreditations including the Ish Shalom Prize laureate (1996 Jerusalem, Israel), the "Certificate of Merit" from the Art Addiction International Gallery, (1997 Stockholm, Sweden), a diploma for the "1st International Art Annual Masks in Venice" (1998 Venice, Italy) and a medal and diploma from the Tatra Gallery of Poprad, Slovakia (2003).
