Biography: Daniel Lebier was Born in 1941 in Toulouse. Graduated from the Ecole Nationale des Beaux-Arts in Paris, winner of Grand Prix de Rome in 1966, 1st Grand Prix de Peinture de la ville de Toulouse in 1965. For 40 years he exhibited in France and around the world (New York, Sweden and Norway), while teaching the Arts in schools and colleges.
