Synopsis
--------
The reflections of OVIDIO, one of the scarce fishermen that nowadays may be run across the Quarter of La Soledad, opens the contemporary european media art team RODRIGUEZ, MUÑOZ & GONZALEZ series "PROFILES from La Soledad", a set of audiovisual artworks in various formats which have the common purpose of approaching to different living aspects of this roman antique quarter which all together whith the nearby quarter of Los Remedios is the genuine heart of Cimadevilla, atlantic peninsula from which the city of Gijón -located in the north of Spain- was growing up to its present-day boundaries.

Ovidio, along whith his wife and his daughter, Raquel and Rebeca, are a young family that keeps up the inshore fishing tradiction, way of life and support of this seaside european quarter since its origins.
