Gallery Statement:
Bell Fine Arts is the art center of Belton, Texas.
With over 100 members, it represents what a small group of art enthusiasts can do by pooling their energies and diverse talents to enlighten and stimulate those who walk through its doors. Housed in St. Luke's Episcopal Church, circa 1874, the facility provides a large gallery and two studios. Purchased by Bell Fine Arts Association in 1971 and later placed on the National Register of Historic Places the facility is not only a historical landmark within the city, but an artistic landmark as well. Exhibits and competitions for both adults and children are regularly scheduled as are workshops and classes. A small endowment provides scholarships for students enrolled in college art degree programs. Bell Fine Arts proudly touts its locally and regionally acclaimed member artists and is grateful for their efforts to enhance the appreciation of art in our world and especially here . . . deep in the art of Texas!
