Gallery Statement:
Colorida Galeria de Arte e Design is located by the St. George's Castle in Lisbon, in a historical building more than 150 years old.
The space for exhibitions, 300 mē, allows Colorida to present an eclectic program full of the experimentation that characterize contemporary art and promoting the plurality of "artistic languages".
Colorida presents in its exhibitions, emerging and mid-career artists working in differents "kinds of art", such as painting, photography, object design, furniture design and ceramic art. The exhibitions are accompanied by catalogs with pictures in high resolution, which enable to the visitor an analysis of the artist's work with great fidelity to the exposed.
The Gallery is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 1:30PM to 6:00PM (november to march) and 1:30PM to 7:00PM (march to november), free access.
